What are your hours?

Our hours are 9am to 10pm Monday through Sunday. Our hours may be reduced on Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day. Please call (408) 246-7700 to confirm our hours.

How can I schedule an appointment?

You may call us at (408) 246-7700 to schedule an appointment. Appointments are always available and strongly recommended.

What if I am late for my appointment?

Late arrivals will have reduced treatment time which will reduce your enjoyment and the effectiveness of the treatment. Please note, the full cost of the treatment will still apply.

What if I have special health considerations?

For the safety of our guests, we are unable to accommodate pregnant customers at this time. We kindly ask that you contact us after your child is born. Additionally, individuals with open wounds or serious medical conditions cannot use our spa services or amenities. For any other medical concerns, we recommend consulting with your physician.

How do I leave gratuity/tips?

Gratuity is not included in our prices. A 15-20% gratuity is customary and should be provided in cash; it cannot be charged to a gift card. After your treatment, your therapist will offer you an envelope, or you may use one of the envelopes available at the front desk. Any additional gratuity is entirely at your discretion and should reflect your satisfaction with our services.

When should I arrive?

Massage:

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your massage start time.

Body Scrub Treatment:

Please arrive 30 minutes before your treatment and soak or steam for a minimum of 25 minutes prior to your treatment in order to achieve the best exfoliation from your scrub.
