POLICIES AND SAFETY

GENERAL

  • Flip flops and outside clothing are not allowed inside spa areas. Swimsuits are optional. We provide clothes and towels.

  • Shower before entering any pools or sauna rooms.

  • Outside food or drinks are not allowed.

  • Please keep voices low to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

  • Supervise children and elderly at all times.

  • Customers are solely responsible for the safety of their personnel belongings.

TREATMENTS

  • Reschedule or cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged 50% of the service fee.

  • Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions, or third party gift certificates.

  • Guests with a scheduled treatment must check in 30 minutes prior to service to avoid cancellation.

SAFETY

  • For the safety and well-being of all guests, individuals with open wounds, menstruating, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or experiencing serious health issues are kindly asked to refrain from using our spa or services.

  • If you have mobility concerns, we kindly ask that you bring a trained assistant to help you, as our services require significant mobility and our staff is not equipped to assist

  • Individuals who are elderly, pregnant, or have health conditions are advised to consult with a physician before using the sauna rooms.
